About Yoga for Arthritis: Yoga for Arthritis was founded so that findings from our clinical trials could improve the safety, accessibility, and effectiveness of yoga practices for people living with arthritis in its many forms. We help people with arthritis to find and access resonant yoga practices, train people with arthritis to become yoga teachers, conduct continuing education programs so that yoga professionals have the knowledge and skills to work with this population and advocate for greater inclusivity and accessibility in yoga spaces worldwide
