Integrate everything you’ve learned through a variety of guided meditations you can return to again and again.

In This Course

1. Intro to Meditation – A Self-Paced Course
A gentle and accessible introduction to evidence-based meditation—perfect for beginners or anyone craving a reset. You'll explore foundational practices and simple techniques to cultivate awareness, calm, and connection in everyday life. Each new technique introduced is shared with the science of how it works and tips for home practice.

2. 8 Weeks of Live Monday Morning Meditations
Start your week with presence. Join Dr. Moonaz live each Monday at 9 AM PST / 12 PM EST, beginning September 9, for a 15-minute grounding practice held through ClassFit. These sessions are designed to gently guide you into your body and breath—no perfection required. Each practice will be followed by 15 more minutes for reflections, questions, and discussion to keep you motivated and supported throughout the journey.

3. Meditation Reflection & Tracking Journal (PDF)
Support your consistency with a printable journal designed to help you track your practice, record reflections, and notice shifts in your well-being.
